Why Enfield Community Orchestra?

If you're looking for an excuse to pick up your instrument again, want to boost your skills or accelerate your learning then come and be a part of Enfield Community Orchestra.

Unsure whether joining an orchestra is right for you? To help you decide we give all our new members a whole month absolutely FREE, so come along and try us out!

Our goal is to help orchestral musicians progress on their instrument, boost confidence and team working skills and reignite the passion for music.

Unlike many other orchestras, we have no minimum grade requirements and there are no auditions to become a member. However, we do ask that you are aged 18 or over, have a basic understanding of how to play your instrument and a basic understanding of reading music as this will help you get the most out of our rehearsals.

We provide all of the music and have a break during each rehearsal, which is a great time to get to know other members over a nice cuppa.

We pride ourselves on being a not-for-profit charity organisation and are run by a dedicated committee who volunteer their time to help with the day-to-day running of the Orchestra.

Being a member of Enfield Community Orchestra also means that you can put forward suggestions on the musical repertoire and ways in which we can grow and evolve as a group.
